Commitment to the Environment
As part of our commitment towards the environment, LSC Group has achieved ISO 14001 accreditation for its Environmental Management System.
We have an established Environmental Policy and are operating in accordance with that policy. LSC Group's Environmental Policy Statement is available for viewing as a PDF document (Adobe Acrobat Reader required).
- LSC Group is committed to conducting its business in an ethical and socially responsible manner, and to support this we have implemented an environmental management system to identify and effectively manage any significant environmental impacts arising from our activities.
- Within our operations we aim to promote the concept of sustainable development, prevent pollution and minimise the environmental impact of our office activities including those arising from the provision of our services. Our operations, services and products will comply with all applicable environmental legislation.
- We will strive to continually improve our environmental performance supported by the company Business Plan, and will encourage our suppliers to improve their performance too.
- Where technically acceptable and economically viable capabilities exist, we will select products and suppliers that reduce the impact on the environment.
It is our intention to progressively reduce the impact that our activities have upon the environment. To this end we have implemented an Environmental Improvement Programme, which may be viewed as a PDF document.
