Commitment to Quality

TickIT Quality Mark LSC Group maintain a Quality Management System that embraces all of its business activities and is certified to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, including TickIT. Accordingly, the company’s Quality Management System is regularly and independently assessed by an external certification body.

LSC Group originally gained ISO 9001 Certification in 1995 for the provision of Consultancy and Training in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS). In 1997 LSC Group's Software Development activities gained compliance with the requirements of TickIT and in 2002 LSC Group was awarded ISO 9001:2000 with TickIT, reflecting a successful transition from the old ISO 9001:1994 standard. Today all of the LSC Group sites at Fradley, Keynsham and Weymouth are covered by ISO 9001:2000.

Our overall aim is to provide a stable platform for the future dynamic growth of the Company by putting in place the Excellence Model as an over-arching vehicle for a programme of continuous improvement to achieve World Class status.
