Contract Management

The ability to effectively monitor availability and Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) is becoming a genuine requirement as the DLO converts traditional Repair and Overhaul contracts to availability driven arrangements. Asset Management knowledge combined with an in-depth understanding of the overall support process has enabled LSC Group to provide distinctive offerings with respect to Contract Management and Contractor Logistic Support. This is in line with the existing DLO desire to move towards availability driven contracts.

To date LSC Group has deployed the only existing CLS contract management and monitoring capability to BAES for the Tornado MLU (Mid Life Update) programme and the SIFF (Successor Identification Friend or Foe) programme. In addition we have provided Eurofighter with a warranty management capability for Euroradar.
