LSC Group has an experienced team of technical authors/engineers to meet the technical documentation authoring requirements defined in Defence Standard 00-60. The combination of skilled author/engineers and the use of the latest information management technologies allow LSC Group to offer focused, cost effective and innovative technical documentation skills in writing, illustration and delivery of compliant AECMA S1000D data modules.

Our authors/engineers are SGML/XML trained to ensure that the authoring process is optimised to reduce costs to the customer whilst maintaining the stringent quality requirements demanded.

The authoring skills cover Land, Sea and Air platforms and all technical disciplines including mechanical, electrical and electronic (including communications). The majority of LSC Group’s authors are from a military background therefore they are aware of the special military operational and maintenance regimes, which Defence Standard 00-60 must address.

LSC Group has been working in the Defence Standard 00-60, environment for many years. In particular, LSC Group’s experience in Part 10 of the standard has enabled the development of software and solutions to meet the stringent requirements of the standard.
