The ViewMaster family provides a comprehensive Defence Standard 00-60 compliant solution for the delivery of your electronic documentation - either SGML or XML.

ViewMaster 2000

The delivery of information over the Internet or an intranet has been revolutionised with the development of XML. LSC Group now provides the means to take advantage of this development with ViewMaster 2000.

ViewMaster 2000 is an XML compliant viewer that works within the Microsoft Internet Explorer^® environment to enable XML information to be delivered over the Internet, an intranet or CD.
Graphics support for TIFF and CGM is achieved by the use of plug-in technology to supplement native JPEG, BMP and EPS viewing.
A flexible windows-based display is supported by XSL stylesheet delivery to provide a flexible display with the functionality of XML.

ViewMaster SGML

ViewMaster is an ISO 8879 compliant viewer that displays, prints and allows navigation between SGML instances and their associated graphics.

It is capable of creating an IETP from instances of any ISO 8879 compliant DTD, including the HTML DTD. The construction process is extremely effective; the 'IETP creator' merely has to specify the instances to be incorporated, the elements that will make up the navigation route and the order in which they are required to be displayed. ViewMaster automatically constructs an SGML navigation file and hyperlinks this to the source instances.

Standard SGML xref/idref internal cross referencing is fully supported, as is linking to graphics files using standard entity references.
