LSC Group offers experienced consultants, combined with computer modelling, forecasting and simulation tools, to analyse data to determine the ‘where are we now’ situation and develop the ‘where are we going to be’ demand and utilisation model. This data can be extracted from the Trust’s Patient Administration System (PAS).
