Our modelling team is a centre of excellence with highly trained and experienced specialists who undertake cost and operational effectiveness modelling at all stages of the product life cycle. With extensive experience in advanced Monte Carlo simulation methods, we can handle many real-world phenomena that are generally beyond the scope of the more traditional analytical methods. We utilise both commercial and bespoke tools to deliver a wide spectrum of modelling solutions. Custom models, developed in-house, can range from simple event-driven and tailored spreadsheets to complex simulation tools.

We have developed and deployed systems for a multinational petrochemical company to optimise operational and support resources, reducing the cost of operations and risk, and improving business performance.
